An after-sales service is available, the shipping costs remain your responsibility to send us the product which will be examined in the laboratory for a repair estimate. If the origin of the failure is recognized as materially attributable to the generator components, the repair and return shipping costs will be covered by Harpelec. On request, you can request reimbursement of the shipping costs. If the failure is deemed attributable to use, whether it is a handling error, connection error or poor contact on the harp causing a fault in the generator, a repair estimate will be sent to you with the shipping costs for the return of your package. Depending on the repair and if you are a member of the website, Harpelec may exceptionally cover the repair parts and labor, but will ask you to cover the return shipping costs.
